Upon request, a deposit is to be paid prior to the tour.
Full payment or balance of payment is to be paid by the conclusion of the tour, unless other prior arrangements have been made, i.e. through Agents. Payments to be made in cash unless other arrangements have been made. Credit card facilities are not available.
If a tour is cancelled within 48 hours, a 50% cancellation fee applies. If the cancellation does not cause a loss of business, i.e. a replacement tour is booked, the cancellation fee shall not apply.
All attention will be given if the tour needs to be rescheduled rather than cancelled.
If Let's Show You Tasmania Tours suffers a loss because of this rescheduling, a cancellation fee may still apply.
If a tour is cancelled outside 48 hours, a 10% cancellation fee may apply. If the cancellation does not cause a loss of business, i.e. a replacement tour is booked, the cancellation fee will not apply.
Again, all attention will be given if the tour needs to be rescheduled rather than cancelled.
And if Let's Show You Tasmania Tours suffers a loss because of this rescheduling, a cancellation fee may still apply.
Should clients wish to extend their tours, additional charges shall apply accordingly.
